Subject: Razzy (aka Katie)

Hi Cindy - I want to get an update your way tonight. I have Razzy out on a long, thin mountain climbing rope so she can explore and play in the apartment "back yard". My next door neighbor is in love with her and she runs over there everytime he is out. He is the one who plays roughhouse with her.

I am attaching some pictures taken on 8/16/08 at almost 4 months old. Isn't she beautiful???!!!!! I included one from when I picked her up.

Razzy is loving, active, smart, cute, and has a wonderful personality. She has started putting both front paws together and pawing the air to beg - my friend's Shih Tzu does the same thing so I wonder if it is a breed trait. Razzy is simply darling. She is full of confidence until she meets someone or something new - then her tail drops and she uses more caution than usual. She does not run away and is not afraid of meeting new people/ dogs/ situations. She has learned to ride in a carrier that looks like a purse and behaves so well after only two tries and was able to go shopping with me without a hitch. She learned to sit after two times.

Razzy is my little diamond in the rough ;) I changed her name because every time I turn around she has gotten into something and I say "you little rascal." Right now she "sizes up" whether or not it is worth it to obey (is there a treat involved LOL). She will start puppy kindergarten the first week of Sept. to make sure she is well mannered and totally socialized. Along with the classes, they have a socialization hour when the puppies are taken off the leash and can meet and play with the other puppies and puppy parents.

Razzy loves water and will "dig" in her water dish so all the water gets on her (and the floor) LOL. I am looking for a small wading pool for her but everyone has been sold out so far. Razzy used to think she had to go along every time I left but has learned that I am coming back. She sleeps all night without an accident. She is learning to ring a bell hanging from the doorknob when she wants to go outside.

I am sure she is the reason I am healing so well after my by-pass surgery. She keeps me laughing with all her antics. She digs the pillow out of her round bed and sleeps on the bottom. She has a large square pillow in the livingroom and, when I go looking for her, all I can see is a little nose sticking out from underneath it. She will turn on her back and balance the pillow up on top of herself with all 4 paws

I have researched for at least a year what kind of dog I wanted and where I wanted to buy from. I am convinced that I made the best choice with Fuzzy Wuzzy Puppies. Y'all do a great job.

Hi Cindy,

Thought I would fill you in. Miss Chloe is doing fine. She is 7 months old now! I always heard little dogs have little brains. Chloe has proven that theory wrong! She can do all the basic commands! With no problems! She has her own games she thinks she has invented. Like hanging from my skirts (not so good :>( ), playing hide and go seek (this thrills her and she gets so excited) and she is starting to be the watch dog. She is acquiring her own personality. She chases the birds and the next door neighbor's cat out of the yard. She is a little scared when we go out for a walk. When, she hears another dog bark she high tails it home, me in drag. I guess I better get her socialized with other dogs. She loves the hose and chases the water. She is such a loving dog. Everyone wants Chloe. I have to do a purse and bag check before my guess leave my house, making sure Chloe isn't dog napped. My family have actually came out and said they are going to steal her! My sister-in-law actually asked if she could have Chloe!@!?! Can you believe that!!

I love to walk and my walks are a little more than she can stand without me carrying her. So, I bought a doggie stroller. My husband is totally embarrassed! He wants me to walk Chloe at night, if I use the stroller. So, I invested again (in an option my husband found) this time in a back pack that I can use if I take her on the plane or stroll her from the street. It has one of those luggage extension bars so I don't have to carry her and she is comfortable.

I can hardly believe that only five months ago, my cell phone was half the size of her. She weighs 9.8 pounds now. She has grown out of two beds and a few, quite a few dresses & sweaters, Tees, some of which she hasn't worn yet.

I view your website frequently. You are doing a great job with it! Especially in updating and keeping everyone interested in seeing who's new and who acquired a new family member. Excellent Job.

Thought I would send you pictures of her last hair cut. You can see her eyes and she has little tiny legs! I had her hair cut to a half an inch because July and August can get hot. The last hair cut finally is cutting the puppy fuzz out. I comb her every day but she still seems to get little mats. The groomer said she has puppy fuzz and she will lose it in time. After I get thru the puppy fuzz her hair will be easier to keep up.

Well, Cindy just a line to let you know I am thinking of you. I am totally content with my choice of picking this breed. God bless you and yours.

Cindy,

Tucker had a great first night. He's definitely cuter than his pictures. We never got a puppy pack for him. I think that was where the sheet was that told us his parents names/breeds. Do you have that information you can send us? Wondering if his father was the bichon or shitzu, etc.

I took some really good pictures yesterday and will forward some as soon as I download them.
