From: Sheldon Wollman Sent: Friday, September 12, 2008 7:31 PM Subject: Speedo Hello Cindy, I know it has been a long time since my last letter. I hope all is well with you and your family and that you had a fun summer. I can't believe the kids have started back to school. I'm sure your daughter is already adjusted to her new schedule and happy to see her friends again. Speedo has been so busy experiencing his first summer that the days have just zoomed by for him, as well. He is 6 months old already and weighs a little over 11 pounds. He went for his first hair cut and finished all of his puppy shots until next year. Speedy even learned to swim and ride the surf too. He also loves being on our boat and will probably learn to wakeboard next summer! As you can probably tell, Speedo continues to be the light of our lives. Everywhere we go people come up to me and comment on how well behaved and calm he is. Of course, everybody thinks he is such a good looking dog and just cute, cute, cute! We've had people follow us to our car to ask questions about him. He continues to be a living, breathing advertisement for you. We have passed along your website many, many times and I'm sure lots of people have probably contacted you. Several people seemed to be potential buyers and very serious about adoption. Keep up the good work with your family-oriented babies. Speedo also just graduated from puppy class two weeks ago with the highest of honors. He will continue to go to school again this fall after enjoying a small summer break. Speedo knows all of his basic commands and he is becoming a champion trickster too. He can do about 10 tricks on que, like rolling over, jumping up and spinning (in both directions!), weaving through my legs as I walk, catching his tail, jumping through a hoop, among other tricks. Of course, he can shake hands too. He even sneezes and yawns when I ask him which is always a big hit. I don't mean to brag about my little man (who is now lifting his leg on his walks) but he is so incredibly smart. He catches on and learns things very fast. I guess that's because he knows his name is Speedo! Just so you know, Speedo was neutered 3 days ago. He was the favorite at the vet's and everyone wanted to take him home. He is healing well, but has to wear a special collar to prevent him from licking. Speed's a good sport about it because he doesn't seem to mind it too much. It makes him look like a circus dog, especially when he performs his tricks! We hope you enjoy Speedo's pictures. It's always fun to watch your adopted babies grow up, isn't it? As always, Paula, Speedo, and family |

From: Donna Karpavicius Sent: Tuesday, August 26, 2008 1:09 PM Subject: update on Stanley(Robby) Hi Cindy, Stanley is doing great! He turned 5 months on 8/12 and is getting most of his new teeth in. During one weekend he lost almost every tooth on the bottom row-he had nothing for a few days! He is enjoying puppy school and is the most social dog out of them all. He is not afraid of big dogs or any person. His tail wags at everyone! He is a very happy healthy puppy and extremely smart. Here are some new pics! From: Susan Peter To: fuzzywuzzy pups Sent: Wednesday, August 27, 2008 7:44 PM Subject: Razzy (aka Katie) Hi Cindy - I want to get an update your way tonight. I have Razzy out on a long, thin mountain climbing rope so she can explore and play in the apartment "back yard". My next door neighbor is in love with her and she runs over there everytime he is out. He is the one who plays roughhouse with her. I am attaching some pictures taken on 8/16/08 at almost 4 months old. Isn't she beautiful???!!!!! I included one from when I picked her up. Razzy is loving, active, smart, cute, and has a wonderful personality. She has started putting both front paws together and pawing the air to beg - my friend's Shih Tzu does the same thing so I wonder if it is a breed trait. Razzy is simply darling. She is full of confidence until she meets someone or something new - then her tail drops and she uses more caution than usual. She does not run away and is not afraid of meeting new people/ dogs/ situations. She has learned to ride in a carrier that looks like a purse and behaves so well after only two tries and was able to go shopping with me without a hitch. She learned to sit after two times. Razzy is my little diamond in the rough ;) I changed her name because every time I turn around she has gotten into something and I say "you little rascal." Right now she "sizes up" whether or not it is worth it to obey (is there a treat involved LOL). She will start puppy kindergarten the first week of Sept. to make sure she is well mannered and totally socialized. Along with the classes, they have a socialization hour when the puppies are taken off the leash and can meet and play with the other puppies and puppy parents. Razzy loves water and will "dig" in her water dish so all the water gets on her (and the floor) LOL. I am looking for a small wading pool for her but everyone has been sold out so far. Razzy used to think she had to go along every time I left but has learned that I am coming back. She sleeps all night without an accident. She is learning to ring a bell hanging from the doorknob when she wants to go outside. I am sure she is the reason I am healing so well after my by-pass surgery. She keeps me laughing with all her antics. She digs the pillow out of her round bed and sleeps on the bottom. She has a large square pillow in the livingroom and, when I go looking for her, all I can see is a little nose sticking out from underneath it. She will turn on her back and balance the pillow up on top of herself with all 4 paws I have researched for at least a year what kind of dog I wanted and where I wanted to buy from. I am convinced that I made the best choice with Fuzzy Wuzzy Puppies. Y'all do a great job. Thanks, Susan Peter |
From: Melinda Lashbrook Sent: Friday, August 08, 2008 9:35 PM Subject: Update on Lacey (Star 2007) Hi Cindy, Sorry this email is long over due. We have been very busy this past year with Lacey aka Star. We moved into a house with a big back yard with other dogs surrounding the house. Her favorite thing about the back yard is she can run without having to slow down. She has been a wonderful blessing and addition to our family. My husband and I are still trying to give her a playmate that she can grow up with. She is a wonderful puppy that is full of life and personality. We love her so much and can't believe how much she has changed in the past year. She will turn one year old this month on the 29th. Here are some pics over the last year. Hope you enjoy! Thank you for helping us expand our family! Lindy & Dave |

From: Lisa Becherer Sent: Sunday, August 10, 2008 9:32 AM Subject: Curtis a.k.a. Tucker Cindy, Tucker had a great first night. He's definitely cuter than his pictures. We never got a puppy pack for him. I think that was where the sheet was that told us his parents names/breeds. Do you have that information you can send us? Wondering if his father was the bichon or shitzu, etc. I took some really good pictures yesterday and will forward some as soon as I download them. Thanks, Lisa |
