I have been meaning to send this
e-mail for some time now.....our family is
head-over-heels in love with our fuzzy wuzzy puppy
"Harley". Born 11/16/09, he is now 6 months old and
has brought love, joy & ok...a little poop now and
then...into our home! He is probably about 7-8
pound and very healthy. He eats everything in
sight...loves grass and twigs especially when taken
outside. Harley is always excited to see new
people, and is great with kids and adults. He is
well-mannered (thanks to our fabulous trainer), and
loves to be rubbed, brushed & cuddled. Our
6-year-old daughter Bianca simply never leaves him
alone! Adopting a fuzzy wuzzy from you was the best
decision our family could have made! Everyone who
sees Harley wants one - and certainly, we have told
them exactly where to find them! Thank you so much
for bringing this joy into our lives....we can't
imagine life without him. Best wishes...The
DePasquale Family (Elisa, Gary, Bianca & Harley)
This letter is very long overdue! We adopted
Mindy (now Lila - (short for Delilah) in March
of 2009. She is now over a year old, we can't
even imagine life without her! We lover her
soooooo much!
We had been trying to get a puppy from a local
breeder for a while but when the 3rd puppy fell
through my kids were devastated. I knew of your
website but was reluctant to have a puppy flown
in, we had also checked your website a few days
earlier and you did not have a female
available. Since my kids were so upset I
decided to call you and ask you questions about
having a puppy flown in. We could not believe
our eyes when we checked your website for your
phone number and saw the most adorable puppy
ever (Mindy) was available. I immediately
called and it must have been fate, we knew she
belonged in our family! You put all my fears to
rest regarding her flying on the plane, I was
still nervous I have to admit. She was flown in
on Sat. morning we picked her up with 12 other
families picking up their puppies from
breeders! I was amazed, all my worries were for
nothing! It was one of the easiest (and fun)
things I've done!
We got her home and she fit in immediately! She
has the best personality, makes us laugh every
day and learned so much, so fast! She slept
through the night from the first night we got
her, training her to go outside was a bit
challenging, but she got it and hasn't had an
accident in about a year! The whole
neighborhood loves her and wants her to do
tricks for treats, which she does many! My
in-laws who were not dog lovers and thought we
were nuts for getting a puppy, now love her,
call her their "grandpuppy", buy her holiday &
birthday gifts and insist on her coming with us
when we go to their house!
Our family is complete and we adore her! Just
wanted to say thanks (a very late thanks) for
our beautiful, fun, loving fuzzywuzzy dog! We
would highly recommend adopting from you even if
your puppy has to take a flight! It was so worth
it!
Derrick and I figured it
was time to send you a few new pictures. We
have had Riley for a little over two weeks and
he has grown so much already! He is so much fun
and brings so much joy to our lives. Enjoy the
pictures!
My baby girl Riley is doing great! She's got wonderful
spunk and and enthusiasm to learning new things. She's
spoiled as ever and boy does she love attention. My
boyfriends mom really loves her as well. Haha she makes
excuses to come over to my apartment to visit me to see
Riley. Her baby a 12 year old bichon frise recently
passed away, and in some ways I think Riley has helped
her cope alittle. I've been trying to convince her to
get a puppy but she's still a little unsure if she's
ready yet. Anyways, attached I have some pictures of her
she's getting so much bigger! Hard to tell by the
pictures but since getting her I think she's 2 maybe 3
inches longer.
Thank you again for meeting us in Rolla. The new
addition to our family (Riley) is just what the
doctor ordered. He is truly a blessing. I attached
a few pictures for you. We will keep them coming as
he grows.
You can fax the Health Warranty Form to
XXX-XXX-XXXX. This is a secure line that will come
directly to my computer. Please include your fax
number so that I can fax the completed form back to
you.
Thanks Again!

Subject: New Baby
Hi Cindy,
We gave Reno a new name - Trigger. He is the cutest
little boy!
Thank God I had brought an extra carrier with me to
the airport. He had pooped and was trying his hardest not
to step in it but it got on his paws. Poor thing! I
switched him to my carrier and when I got to my mother's
house I was able to spray it down and clean up everything.
He pees and poops for the most part on the pee pads. He is
eating and drinking water, so that is good. I can't stop
taking pictures of him.
When you get back online, if you are into FaceBook,
look me up - Dee Katz-Paul. I have a whole album with his
pics in it!!! Or I can send you some via email.
Last night, he did not want to go to bed. I stayed in
the living room with him, so he knew I was there with him.
Somewhere along the way, I snuck back into my bed, and he
started barking, howling, crying, stomping around, shaking
the exercise pen. I know they say that you let them cry and
eventually they will sleep. Well 1 1/2 hours went by and my
husband finally got up, took him out of the pen, and slept
on the sofa with Trigger between his legs. Both slept like
babies the rest of the night.
Let me know about the pics. I have to close my eyes
for a bit.
I haven't had much of a chance
to talk to you. Bella's plane trip seemed to go well. She
was quite happy to be let out of her crate. She didn't want
to go back in. That didn't bother my mom any, she just held
her all they way home. My mom says Bella is her new
grandchild (she already has 10). To explain Bella; she is
sweet, sassy, mischievous, stubborn, precious, extremely
friendly, smart and more than what I ever could have
expected. We had her first vet visit last week. Dr. Schultz
really likes her. I had an issue I had to talk to him about.
Bella seems to choke when she is sleeping. Actually it's
more like a cough and then like she is trying to hack up one
heck of a hairball. He says it could very well be just the
soft palate closing up her airway then she wakes again to
clear it. He also said that it could be upper respiratory
because of the ease it was for Bella to cough when he gently
squeezed her throat. At that time it was only during her
sleep. It seems as though that it is clearing up. She maybe
coughs once or twice a day and not 5 or 6 times during each
sleep cycle. This is good. She doesn't like the crate now
that she is home (it doesn't take much for me to give into a
crying puppy). She sleeps with me. She does very well. She
kind of has a routine. Once she is up in the morning she
will play for a couple of hours and then sleep for another
hour and a half. She is pretty much out for the night around
9pm. It sounds like I am talking about a human baby. We are
working on the potty training. We are working on it outside.
She is doing okay. It is training for both of us. She is
eating and drinking well. She didn't eat her food out of her
bowl for a couple of days; I had to hand feed her (what a
princess). She is doing great now.
Before I forget, what
microchip company did you use for Bella? The vet tried 2
different companies but neither matched. I also need to have
the information for the microchip changed over to my name.
Also, I didn't get the DVD in the paperwork that was sent
with Bella.
Bella is quite the chewer.
She likes everything including humans. It's a good thing I
bought the toys that I did for her. She is also quite the
vacuum. Anything will find its way to her mouth. I know that
she is in the process of teething. She is tiny, just a
little peanut; but she weighs more than what I
expected...3.5#). You really have to look before you turn
around. She loves to cuddle but only for so long. She will
cuddle the most with me and she gets antsy when I am not
giving her my complete attention. I know she is never far
away. She does very well in the car (I use a soft sided
crate with zipper top when I am traveling more than a couple
of blocks). She's antsy for a minute or two then falls
asleep. She has yet to meet someone she didn't like. I was
concerned with my husband because he is 6'5". She doesn't
bark, she just needs to be picked up by him because when she
looks up, she just about falls over. All the tough guys have
gone soft for her. She is just beautiful and I am very
proud.
Thank you very much for
everything. I go back to work tomorrow but it's not a long
day. Bella will really only be by herself for 2 hours at the
most. I sent a couple pictures for you. These were taken on
day 2 at home.
Subject: vet visit and pics for Lola (Beth) Keeven
Hi Cindy....
Attached is our
first vet visit information along with pics of Lola
at home, on Day 3 and 4, 12 weeks old. Our first
visit went very well, from the time we walked in the
door to the time we left. I was asked several times
where I found her. Of course I proudly shared.
Hopefully this will bring more parents your
way. Needless to say, she won over everyone's
heart! The vet said she is perfect. Bet we already
knew that!! She commented several times how clean
she is!!!
For us, she is
a joy bringing so much laughter and love into our
home. She's sleeping well at night and doing really
well with house training. Lola is just so smart!!
:)
Thank you, thank
you for providing her with a healthy/happy start in
an environment filled with so much love!
Wishing
you continued success with a healthy/happy New year!
Had to
write to tell you how much we love our little fuzzy wuzzy.
We have renamed him from Raider to Diesel, he is just like a
little diesel engine and just keeps running and running. He
is such a sweetie and we just love him. Attached is a
picture of him at 4 mos., just after his first hair cut.
